Looking for a clean and responsible housemate to share a nice duplex in the U District (near U-village) beginning June 1st. $650/mo plus 1/2 electric and internet (usually about $50 total). The available room is very big with three large windows, new carpet and was just painted. There is a small private half bathroom right next to it with a sink and toilet. (The shared shower/tub and kitchen are upstairs) Walking distance to UW campus, tons of bus lines, Univeristy Village shops and restaurants and The Duchess pub!

I spend my free time reading, playing video games, doing odd projects, yard work or hiking with my dogs.
