My current roommate is moving to Olympia to start a new job, and I am looking for a female roommate to share our 2 bedroom apartment starting June 1. I am a 25 year old female young professional who works downtown and has lived in this apartment for 1 1/2 years and love it! It has a convenient bus route to downtown Seattle and the UW and is right next to the old Albertson's grocery store on Greenlake. It is on the second floor of the apartment building, and the open room is large enough for a queen sized bed and has a walk in closet. I am looking for females only, non-smokers, and a roommate that can keep common areas clean. This is a great apartment, and I know it will go fast. The rent includes W/S/G, and the electric heat is super cheap. Please email me with any questions you have about the apartment or about me.
