I’m renting a three bedroom house, June 1st there are two bed rooms for rent, I’m open to renting out one of the bed rooms as an office/study/studio either to whoever rents the other bed room or to someone else. If one person rents out both spaces we can negotiate rent.
The house is located in N. Beacon Hill across the street from a park. It’s few minute bike ride to the international district ten to fifteen mins. to downtown. The 36 and the 60 run one block up from here and all the buses that run along Rainer are just a short walk through the park away.
The house has a lot of nice touches; big windows, lots of sun light, wood floors, a big kitchen, two decks, a yard with garden beds and fruit trees, there’s compost and worm bins and a bike shed. There is no tv, I would prefer the house to stay tvless. There is internet and a phone line.
