our awesome roommate is getting a place of her own so we are looking for someone to fill her spot. We are two guys, one of us into bikes and movies, the other into bands and movies (to put it simply.) We prefer a female roommate because as we creep into our 30's we don't want to be "that apartment full of dudes."
We both work during the week, one of us for an organic produce company and the other at a non-profit. We prefer to live with someone around our age.
The apartment itself is a gem. It's large 3 bedroom apartment on first hill right near pike/pine. The apartment has high ceilings, carpeting, two living rooms, washer and dryer within the apartment building complex. The room that is open gets a lot of sunlight.
