We have a big garden, big back yard, spiffy 1970’s kitchen and clean 1 1/2 baths (thanks to your help with occasional cleaning requests), W+D, with bike shed, fire pit, patriotic oil heat, backup woodstove, Wi-Fi, BBQ, blender, Etc.. You can easily walk to downtown Ballard from here, Java Bean, Hatties Hat, Locks, Golden Gardens park, Puget Sound, 1/2 block to downtown #18 bus. The middle smaller room is available upstairs, and includes a 5’ long hanging closet, two double hung windows, big crawl in storage closet, wood floors, and it's quiet.
