Focus:
Address tenant maintenance requests
Handle after hours emergencies
Communicate with management to meet goals
Light landscape maintenance
Maintain the integrity of secure entries
General commons area upkeep
Responsibilities:
Keep building common areas and landscape free of debris and obstruction
Monitor and replace building and common area lighting
Maintain secure entries, roof-deck and parking areas
Provide access to vendors and contractors
Light vacuuming of common areas
Unit turns to include but not limited to;
Painting
Basic Plumbing
Basic appliance repairs
Basic electrical repairs
Hardware repairs
Communicate with management and other staff on a regular basis
Keep records of unit turn schedules, move in and move out dates
Assist with tenant move-out check lists
Will not be ask to:
Budget
Show or lease units
Address tenant administrative concerns or complaints
New construction
Desired Qualifications/Characteristics:
Self Starter
Good people skills
Enthusiastic
Team Player
Min. 2+ years of experience
Knowledge of production level/apartment maintenance
Some basic tools preferred
Valid WA state driver license and reliable transportation
Must be able to pass criminal background check
