Immediate opening available for an Executive Assistant to busy Real Estate Broker. The successful candidate will have 2+ years experience in real estate admin and/or escrow processing. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs is a must. Knowledge of industry specific programs like Top Producer, NWMLS, will be extremely helpful. Having a current Washington State Real Estate license will also be extremely helpful. You will be working in a busy office environment but you must be able to work independently, be punctual, be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing and be a self starter.

The job requirements will include data entry, word processing, running of errands and communication with clients. Preparation of bulk mail and marketing pieces like flyers and simple websites will be required. Flexibility and the ability to go with the flow in a sometimes fast paced hectic environment will be key to both sanity and the enjoyment of the job.

This is a PART TIME Position. Approximately 3 days per week. There is flexibility in scheduling so we can structure the job hours within reason.

You Must Have Experience In Real Estate Admin AND Sales To Be Considered For This Position.
