Small property management company is seeking Leasing/Marketing/Retention Manager for apartment communities in the City of Seattle. This person will be compensated base, plus commission. Must live on site or close proximity to Fremont/Roosevelt District.

Tenant coordination
Key assignment
Credit Check process
Follow up with delinquent rents.

Will not be ask to:
Budgeting
Bookwork Functions
Lease preparation
Move in paperwork preparation
Maintenance or cleaning
Unit turnover

Desired Qualifications/Characteristics:
Self Starter
Good people skills
Exceptional Sales skills
Enthusiastic
Team Player
Min. 5+ years of experience

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Posting craigslist ads.
Lead marketing effort with other staffs assistance
Provide tours of apartment communities
Help host hospitality events for residents
Lease up residential units
