We are a new boutique style commercial real estate firm. We are seeking a dynamic person to fill a part-time marketing and research intern position.
Our ideal person would be someone who a self starter, motivated, is looking for course credit, has stellar letter of recommendations, and is looking for possible employment after graduation.
Primary Duties will include database management for commercial properties, market research, assisting with marketing campaigns, market analysis, bulk mailing and newsletter labeling. In addition there will be the opportunity to gain direct exposure on multiple brokerage projects and investment opportunities.
This position will average around 20 hours per week with some possible work in the evenings and weekends.
