AS THE DESIGNATED BROKER, WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME?
1) Lump sums of cash for recruiting agents (up to $1,500 per agent)
2) Substantial, passive income from EVERY deal that closes within the company ($50-$600 per closing)

SO WHAT DO YOU NEED ME TO DO?
1) Manage all agents within the company by answering questions via email and phone as well as problem solve “tricky” transactional situations when they arise from agents’ deals.
2) Screen/audit contracts from company transactions when they are terminated or closed.
HERE’S THE DEAL…….
Do you know your way around a real estate contract? Can you field questions on a variety of topics from agents? Can you give awesome customer service to our agents and help them through tough transactions when they arise?
You’ll be in charge of your own schedule so you need to be organized, independent and be able to handle tough situations on your own. You can still close your own deals and keep all your commissions but above all, you need to put “agent service” as your #1 priority.
Our “Broker Compensation Plan” will blow your socks off!
You’ll be an independent contractor and receive a lump sum of up to $1,500 for each agent you recruit, a chunk of the revenue from all closed deals company-wide as well as a hefty quarterly bonus, which is based on the service you provide our agents. In addition, we’ll give all company generated buyer and seller leads directly to you.
Not to mention, we'll give you 100% commission on your own deals, pay your E&O insurance and pay your NWMLS Dues!
WHAT DO I NEED TO PUT MY NAME IN THE RUNNING?
1) WA State Broker’s License
2) Minimum of 20+ closed transactions
3) Thorough understanding of residential real estate
4) Computer, printer/scanner/fax/copier and cell phone with email capability
5) Ability to work independently, prioritize and give outstanding service to our agents!
