Landon Entrprises, LLC is seeking an experienced building technician to assist our customers and help maintain our vintage Wallingford properties.
Courteous, responsible, motivated individual with professional appearance needed to live on site and be available 24/7 as needed.
Rent Credit/Wages to be determined by experience level. Monthly hours will vary.
-experience with "old building" plumbing, electrical and tempermental boiler systems highly desirable
-strong craftsmanship, painting and carpentry skills highly desirable
-bilingual English/Spanish a plus
-must work well in team environment as well as able to make good decisions and maintain high productivity and accountability while unsupervised
-must be able to pass thorough employment screening
-non smoking environment
