Older gal looking for a forever home

I rescued an 8 yr old black lab/beagle mix female, I've nursed her back to health to the best of my abilities. I've got the heart but I don't have the money to even take her to the vets for atleast a month or so. She's spent her life tied to a tree, when we got her she was pooping pine cone pieces, pine needles & twigs & had 3 different kinds of worms, plus a flea & ear mite problem, her nails were grown into her footpads & she could barely walk. My vet gave me ALOT of medicines for her on credit for payment plus we got her omega 3 oils, glucosamine, MSM, Viactiv caramel chews (those are her favorites). I also have my own special needs dogs, & I need someone who will take her, forever. She is the sweetest thing even after all she's been through, she gets on well with cats, dogs, kids & adults. She loves to lay by you & get lots of pets & belly rubs & I can't even describe how soft & silky her coat is now. I had to fight for over 4 months to get her out of her situation so I want her to have the kind of home she deserves. She's not a designer dog or a glam girl but she is a faithful loving & constant companion, she seems to know that she has been saved & is more loving because of it. What she does have is the most beautiful big brown loving eyes. She doesn't have any bad habits, she's house & paper-trained now. I just need one person who won't throw her back out into the back yard again, who will just let her live out her life knowing what human love & companionship is, she's still got another good 6 yrs left in her, after 8 yrs of living the other way. Her adoption fee is $LOVE$ I just need you to be able to take her to a vet, buy her supplements, & be able to love her , feed her & let her be herself. I will give you the supplements I have for her too. You can bring her right back to me if you decide she's not the right girl for you. I would really appreciate it if you could give me occasional updates on her as well, she has profoundly touched my heart, if there was a way I could keep her I would, but I can't in good conscience keep her knowing that I don't have the financial resources. Please no mean emails, this hurts bad enough
