Administrator:

Downtown Seattle office has immediate opening for a full-time Executive Administrator to manage two busy non-profit medical professional organizations.

Duties include:

• Managing the daily activities of several small associations including responding to member inquiries and requests;
• Assisting society leadership with developing budgets to support key objectives and fulfill the mission of each association;
• Working with education chairs and speakers to coordinate continuing medical education activities in compliance with accreditation criteria;
• Planning and coordinating association annual meetings;
• Developing board meeting agendas, support materials, and minutes of board meetings;
• Providing staff leadership to support association committees;
• Membership recruitment & retention;
• Managing publication of newsletters, including writing and editing;

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years related experience, preferably with association experience in a health related specialty. Bachelors degree preferred. Must have a high level of professionalism, the ability to communicate effectively with Board and Committee members; and be committed to providing a high level of member support at all levels.

Additional Information:

Starting salary $45,000-48,000 plus an excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, vacation, holiday, and sick pay, and a Metro FlexPass.
