Eye Associates Northwest, PC is a premier multi-specialty ophthalmology group with 15 board-certified Ophthalmologists and Optometrists. We are seeking an Optical Administrator who can rise to a challenge and drive our optical business to the next level. This person will oversee four optical clinics and must have the ability to manage all facets of supervising multiple retail store operations, including but not limited to; the day-to-day management of personnel, budgetary and inventory controls, benchmarking and ensuring excellence in customer care.
All candidates must have an associates degree or equivalent from a two year college/technical school or a combination of education with five years of business management experience. They must also have the ability to develop a business plan and be able to communicate ideas to a wide range of staff and management. Opticianry experience is a plus.
This position offers a salary competitive with the national average and a growth-based bonus plan.
