Downtown Seattle Company is looking for Qualified Call Center Representatives. Duties include taking incoming calls, emails and live chat from Members with billing questions. Qualified candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of recent call center experience that includes assisting customers with billing inquiries, have intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge, be internet savvy and have the ability to pass a written grammar test.
