A growing Realtor is seeking a PT {15 hrs/wk} experienced Office /Administrative assistant to answer phones, take reservations, assist with filing, minor bookkeeping, paperwork and other office functions Qualifications must include excellent customer service skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office applications Must have experience in food service office administration; proficiency in Word, Excel, Quick books; Macs and PCs; POS systems. Some knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, The position is PT, most work will be done either during early hours or mid day.
