Dolce Vita Footwear, a womans fashion footwear and clothing manufacturer located in Seattle is seeking a full time Assistant Production Manager for our clothing division. We are a high energy, fashion driven company who needs someone to help oversee production of our branded line.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Customer service management
Oversee purchasing and manufacturing of all inventory from creation of PO through shipment to customer
Track production with multiple vendors to ensure on time delivery
Prepare pre-production and costing packages for submittal to supervisor
Works closely with our warehouse to ensure goods are shipping by cancel date
Inventory analysis/stock management
Requirements:
3+ years experience in clothing production
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to self motivate in an unstructured fast paced environment
Proficiency in Macola ERP system and Crystal Reports a definite plus
Previous experience in the apparel industry is a must. Candidate must be responsible, a self-starter, goal-oriented, and have excellent time management skills. Extreme organizational skills and ability to be a team player is a must for you to be successful in our fast paced environment.
