Redmond-based Trade Shop is looking for a Digital Pre-press person to join their team. This person must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. They must possess the technical know how. This role is responsible for preparing client supplied and internally created files for output to plates and film as well as output of files. This is NOT a design position but some designing may be required. This Position may turn into full time.

Responsibilities/Functions:
- Prep files for digital & analog plates, and film imagers.
- Traditional film stripping helpful
- Maintain quality of client’s final product
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested

Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience with flexography and offset print processes
(Digital Experience A +)
- Proficient in Mac and PC platform
- Proficient in Adobe CS3 (Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign)
- Positive attitude and work well under pressure
- Flexibility to successfully deal with quick changes in the working environment
- Ability to quickly grasp workflows
- Team player
