Fizz is a word of mouth marketing agency based in Atlanta, Georgia. Our goal at Fizz is to help you build your brand. Our focus is simple to identify the customers and potential customers most likely to talk about your brand (we call these people influencers) and then use creative tactics to encourage communication. We call this word of mouth marketing and it is the most effective technique available to you for growing your brand.
Who you are:
You are liberal arts/great books educated with a well versed background and enjoy being an activist. You have strong working knowledge of key social media outlets and an ability to engage consumers in this space through the various outlets currently popular or soon to be. You should also be knowledgeable about natural foods and involved in your community. You are available 40-50 hours per week, can drive a manual transmission and are looking for a fun job that is different from the others.
Market Area Responsibilities
Recruit and properly train all influencers on brand knowledge per market area needs.
Provide a high level of customer service to clients, including senior management.
Anticipate programming concerns and proactively work to resolve issues.
Understanding and ensuring compliance of all state and federal guidelines.
Meet goals and ensure adherence to clients requirements and requests.
Maintain and execute scheduling needs.
Strong analytical ability to deliver results with multiple and complex projects.
Ability to meet tight deadlines.
Submit weekly and monthly promotional recaps and labor reports to Marketing Coordinator
Convey expectations and goals to appropriate personnel.
Ensure clear and open lines of communication.
Measure and adjust as necessary to deliver maximum results.
Ability to work well with a team.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must possess a valid drivers license and the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
Ability to drive manual transmission
Event Responsibilities
Manage event activity to ensure proper implementation and execution of all promotions and special events, with the majority being off-premise sampling events.
Recruit, hire and train all influencers before each event.
Scheduling and executing booking requests from our client.
Communicate all event standards to ensure successful execution.
Recap all events and evaluate effectiveness.
Qualities of Market Manager
Possess excellent interpersonal skills to develop and maintain a positive working relationship with retailers, clients, and promotional staff
Individual will need to have both the leadership skills and presence to quickly be viewed inside and outside the organization as a leader
Individual must be a quick learner, flexible, and able to quickly adapt to different situations
Skilled at multi-tasking, negotiation and budgeting time
Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, including familiarity with the Internet
Familiarity with the market area
Professional appearance and self presentation; candidate must uphold the core values of the brand
Exercises high moral character and social responsibility
Must have a valid drivers license
