RealSelf.com is a well-funded consumer Internet start-up located in the downtown Seattle, WA. We are building a web community focused on aesthetics and beauty-related topics, a large market that is under served by existing media outlets. About the Role
We’re looking for just the right person to build buzz and spread the word about RealSelf.com and our highly engaged community members. This means you’re actively building relations, establishing a strong presence in other social sites, and finding new and creative ways to attract attention from both traditional and new media. This a full-time position.

• Syndicating content
• Link building and SEO-related activities
• Outreach and relationship building

Qualifications/ what we think would be a good fit
• Already immersed in social media (you routinely blog, tweet, etc) and love to connect online
• Outstanding writing skills
• Passionate about beauty, health, or related topics
• You’ve done some form of PR (or generated extensive media coverage) over the past 5+ years
• Prior start up experience a big plus
