We are a nonprofit association that assists employers by offering legal services, safety services, health and benefits packages, H.R. services and training. We are currently looking to expand our training offerings to our member companies in the areas of:
• customer service
• project management
• sales/ marketing
We are looking for individuals with at least 10 years teaching/ training experience in the above listed fields, with their own materials and transportation, with an intermediate or advanced knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning theories.
You will have access to over 200+ companies exposed to your classes in the state of Washington. How often you work will be up to you, depending on the number of requests we get for your class.
Essential Job Duties:
1. Deliver classes that are no more than 4 hours in length.
2. Be able to deliver classes in the following cities in the state of WA: Everett, Bellingham, Chehalis, Longview, Tacoma, Spokane and/or others upon request.
3. Collect attendance and evaluation information at the end of each class.
4. Ability to deliver classes typically from 8am until Noon (some start earlier), weekdays.
Afternoon, Saturday and evening classes are very rare.
Requirements:
1. 10 years experience in instructor-led teaching/ training and facilitation
2. Real-world business experience
3. Pre-developed training curriculum/ materials ready to deliver
4. Subject matter expert in chosen topic
5. Highly interactive training style
6. Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university
7. Superior communication skills
8. Willingness to sign an exclusivity contract (similar to a non-compete)
9. Ability to travel to each job site (could be anywhere in the state of WA)
10. Valid Washington State Driver’s License and proof of insurance
11. E&O coverage required
12. Access to email, fax and scanner to receive bookings and necessary paperwork
13. Ability to be 30 minutes early to every training
14. Must have own laptop and portable projector if one is desired or needed for your classes (facilities you teach in will often have a projector, but it cannot be assumed).
15. Reliability and promptness is a must: we will not be able to cancel or reschedule classes if it is within 72 hours of the class.

Pay: Revenue split between yourself and our company, with a base minimum payment for your time and mileage.
