EXCELLENT IN-HOUSE OPPORTUNITY: Robert Half Legal is currently recruiting for a major Northwest company who is looking to add an HR Specialist and EEO Program Administrator to their team. In this position you will support the development and administration of the Federal Construction Contractors EEO principles and procedures for the company. This position will be working with Federal funding and thus you must be familiar with Federal requirements with regard to EEO guidelines. Must be able to work with and maintain EEO documentation and records and will be tasked to develop communication and training materials. This position will also provide admin support for other HR functions as needed. MUST HAVE PRIOR HR SPECIALIST AND EEO EXPERIENCE IN THE CONSTRUCTION AND/OR MARITIME INDUSTRY.
