I am relocating from Southern California to Seattle. I went to school at UW so I'm very familiar with the area. I have a job for an architecture firm in Bellevue and am very excited to be moving back.
For ease of getting to work, I am looking in the Eastlake, Capitol Hill, First Hill, Montlake, U-District areas. My preferences is for a studio or 1 bedroom in the range of $600-750 with or without utilities. I am open to apartment buildings and private locations in homes.
I will be driving up the last weekend in June and will start the search around the 1st of July. I also have friends that will be looking in the meantime.
