23 year old college educated female looking for 2-3 bdrm apt. to share (Capitol Hill or UD)
I am looking to move to Seattle early next month/late this month/asap and am wanting a 2 to 3 bedroom apartment to share. Gender doesn't matter, as long as you are clean, nice, repsonsible, and generally a groovy person. I AM A SERIOUS APARTMENT HUNTER. I am wanting either downtown seattle, close to downtown, capitol hill area.
a bit about me:
Hi there! I am planning on moving to the Seattle area soon and am currently looking around for roommates/places to live. I am a 23 year old college educated female. I have always wanted to settle in the pacific Northwest and Seattle is what I've decided on.
I very politically liberal but not overbaring. I am a former actor with a degree in theatre, however my career ambitions have switched to arts administration. I currently work for a professional equity theatre in Indianapolis as an admin asst. and junior marketing manager. Seattle has the highest number of equity theatre's behind New York and a huge arts community so it is a natural draw for me. Needless to say I am very musician/artist friendly and the majority of my friends are either actors, painters, musicians, etc.
I am very responsible and lived on my home from ages 19 to 22 before graduating and moving back home to save money. I never once missed a rent or bill check. I am very clean, don't watch any t.v. so don't mind not having cable. In fact, I would prefer not having it. I am avid reader, especially of plays. I enjoy creating my own art, though I'm not very good at it, but hey it's an outlet. I spend most of my free time writing, reading plays and Anais Nin, dancing like no one is watching, and learning as much as I can. I say "whatnot" quite a bit, I've been told it's my most used word. I have some furniture and can supply a lot of kitchen supplies if necessary. Retro and tacky are my middle names and I love decorating so if you'd like a little more pizazz in your life, then I'm your girl! I have a cat that is very friendly and thinks she's a dog, only a lot cleaner. If you would like no pets, that's not a problem as I have close friends here who are willing to take her. I am very friendly, outgoing, not shy at all with an avid love for pin up girls, music (one of my biggest passions, though I don't play an instruments), classic movies, my family, vintage anything, and Blue Moon beers. I enjoy my solitude but also love being around people in clubs (mostly goth industrial clubs) and dinner parties. I am looking to branch out on my own and take the big adult plunge, but still enjoy my 20s. I am not a casual apartment browser and am very interested in discussing possibilites with you. My email is ashnferg@yahoo.com. Here's my myspace (yes. I do myspace.) page in case you want to know a bit more:
