Hi, i'm Lance, a 39 year old man seeking a one-bedroom or studio apartment in Seattle (preferably Capitol Hill) area. I have full time stable employment making 2500 – 3000/mo, can afford 500-800/mo rent, and can pass a credit check. I have excellent employer, tenant, and personal references. I am quiet, stable, respectful, courteous, and generally working hard and planning for the future.
If your waiting for the bombshell, I do have a felony background. I freely admit I have made some mistakes in my life. I have learned first hand about actions and consequences… but I have done my time (out since July 2007), completing just about every self-improvement course I could along the way including chemical dependency, victim awareness, stress/anger management, and interaction transition. The bottom line is I am acknowledging my past while working hard to move forward with my life.
I am not asking for anyone to do the work for me... I am doing it, but I really need a door to open enough for me to walk through.
