$825 Couple in mid-20's looking for a 1 bedroom (West Seattle)
Our lease is up at the end of June in West Seattle and we would like to move into a smaller house/apartment. We would prefer to live in West Seattle. But Ballard, Queen Anne, Greenlake, Magnolia, or Fremont would be fine.
Looking for something with a little charm and not run down. Preferably with a yard or patio, dishwasher, and laundry in house or on site. Close to a park or the water since we like to get out and exercise after work. We are quiet, respectful of the property that we rent, educated, humorous, and mature.
