Front Desk Receptionist (Seattle)
The following competencies are required:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Computer proficiency
• Working knowledge of dental insurance and treatment estimates
• Proper telephone etiquette
• Schedule coordination
• Patient interactions
o Greeting, check in and check out
o Treatment needs education
This position is 40 hours per week. Must have experience in Dentrix practice management software.
