Postdoctoral Fellow position is available for research on the use of non-integrating lentiviruses and other methods for homing endonuclease delivery/gene repair in novel murine immunodeficiency models at the laboratory of David Rawlings, MD at Seattle Children’s Research Institute. This work is being carried out as part of the NIH Roadmap funding Northwest Genome Engineering Consorium

Qualified candidate will carry out research/development activities including: using novel gene delivery vectors to modify and modulate murine stem cell function in vitro and in vivo; managing rodent experimental cohorts; and supervision of technicians in day-to-day activities.

Requirements:
PhD in molecular or cellular biology, biochemistry, or related field AND 3 years of experience with molecular and cell biology techniques.
