SUMMARY Greets clients and responds to guests’ needs and requests in relation to business, service administration, and concierge duties such as booking reservations, transportation, etc.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Performs opening and closing activities adhering to established procedures.
2. Greets guests in the lobby when they arrive and assists by providing administrative support, information, reservations, directions, etc.
3. Accepts and processes payment for business center services. Makes change as required.
4. Creates signage for functions and parking stickers as necessary.
5. Monitors changes to events.
6. Documents activities in logbook.
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
1. High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. The ability to read, write and speak English is required to read and comprehend simple instruction, short correspondence, and memos.
3. Must enjoy a very diversified position and be able to deal with last minute changes while interacting with a wide variety of personalities. Must remain calm and work effectively in stressful situations and must possess strong customer service skills.
4. Familiarity with office equipment and administrative activities, such as copy and fax machines, shipping and receiving, word processing, etc.
