Airline Clubroom Management Company is looking for a morning (4:45am-2:30pm) Lounge Service Assistant for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday shifts.
Qualified candidates will possess:
2 years of documented customer service experience
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to pass criminal background check
Ability to stock, maintain, and clean lounge buffet area
Ability to bus, wash, and replenish glassware and dishware
Ability to prepare and serve alcoholic beverages to lounge guests
Ability to suggestive sell Premium Wines and Spirits
Ability to use or learn Aloha POS System
Ability to accurately and responsibly handle cash and credit transactions
Class-12 certified or willingness to complete Class-12 certification course
Health Card or willingness to complete Health Card
Excellent attendance record
Ability to dress and represent themselves professionally
Good work ethic
Detail oriented
Team focused
