Have you worked in fine dining, white table cloth environments for at least 5 years?
Do you want to manage the floor without "being" the manager and working those hours?
Do you have extensive old world wine knowledge - can you serve wine properly?
And most importantly, are you a team player? I'm not asking because Restaraurant 101 says I should, but because it's the only way our restaurant works.
Everyone busses tables, fills water glasses, hangs coats and runs food. Chatting up the guests is an important function of our Maitre D', but making
sure all of our guests' needs are fullfilled is much more important.
Position is either Wednesday - Sunday or Thursday - Sunday depending on the amount of work you are looking for. Pay is hourly plus tips and dependent
upon your experience in the industry.
