Nostrana seeks a dedicated, amazing sous chef. Must have a passion for—or want to learn about—regional Italian food. Here's an opportunity to cook with the products of Oregon's best farmers, ranchers and producers. You will work closely with a talented BOH and FOH team and a James Beard Award nominated chef as you delve deeply into Italian cuisine and serve dishes rarely seen outside Italy.

No stars, please—we are looking for a detail-oriented professional. Candidates should be excited about working in a high volume, fast paced kitchen that is obsessive about high quality Italian food and values teamwork at all times.
