Position Overview
The ideal candidates will be members of a small development team and responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web based enterprise technologies. Need to be comfortable working in a small team, while being flexible and innovative. Effective communication skills are a must.
Responsibilities and Focus
• Develops, tests and maintains websites
• Designs, tests, implements and maintains SQL databases
• Works with development team for code review, documentation and system architecting
• Specifications gathering and documentation
• Content Management as needed
Skills and Experience
• 5+ years of development experience
• 3+ years of database (SQL) experience
• Experience working in small teams
• Experience architecting internet based systems
• Proficient with the following languages:
o ASP.NET (VB.NET or C#)
o SQL
o HTML/CSS
• Experience with:
o Phases of SDLC
o Use Cases
o Domain Driven Design
o Test Driven Development
o Design Patterns
o Unit testing
Pluses
• Familiarity with nHibernate
• AJAX, JavaScript, Flash
• eCommerce Experience
• Experience with Visual Studio .NET 2005 and SQL 2005
• IVR integration experience
Desired Qualifications
• BA/BS Degree preferably in CS
• Microsoft Certification or in the process
