Customer Service Representative
Aerotek in partnership with Nintendo of America Inc. is seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives.
These individuals will interact with Nintendo consumers over the phone assisting with questions regarding Nintendo products and services.
Major job duties
• Answer questions regarding setup of the gaming systems
• Troubleshooting inoperative games or systems in order to determine the problem
• Answering questions regarding specific products and services.
• Document and forward consumer comments.
Job Requirements
• Ability to use the computer to do research
• Strong technical skills
• Strong typing skill
• Ability to multitask
• Good listening and questioning skills
• Ability to summarize a discussion
• Ability to follow instructions
• Schedule flexibility is a must
For this position you will need to be available 6:00am to 7:00pm Monday through Sunday for an 8 hour shift. You will need to be available for both weekdays and weekends. Also it is required to work the days surrounding major holidays.
Other requirements include a stable work history, verifiable references, and the ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
