R & T Hood and Duct Services is an industry leader in the fire prevention field and we are seeking a full time professional with proven experience in customer service and sales to compliment our team of hard working and dedicated people. We are a growing company with a need for a highly motivated, self-starter with the ability develop leads and close sales. This position requires geographical knowledge of the Puget Sound area and experience with scheduling and coordinating personnel in a cost-effective manner. Candidate must have excellent customer service and phone skills. This position also requires candidate to be extremely flexible and work in a diverse and fast-paced environment. The right person will always put customers first and have a proven history of sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for a range of services and products
Identify possible sources of new clientele and convert into sales
Use sources to generate new customers
Establish, track, and maintain customer contact list and leads
Collections/ Accounts receivable
Investigate and resolve customer questions or problems
Educated oneself on products and services offered
Skills:
Proficient at Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Ability to handle multiple phone lines
Excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to multi-task
Ability to handle difficult customers
Focused, able to work through interruptions
Can do enthusiastic attitude
Education/Experience:
Sales and/or customer service experience
Business development experience
Proven history of growing and maintaining clients or sales
Able to process and generate reports from the data collected
Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
