Job Overview:
Internet representative’s goal is to schedule and confirm appointments for the sales staff.
Job Summary:
Interact with potential customers by phone & email to provide timely, accurate information in response to inquiries about products and services. Key responsibility is to build potential customer relationships in order to schedule appointments for the sales staff.
Job Requirements:
-Self-confident and goal driven individual with the ability to excel in a competitive environment.
-Proficient using computers and internet, CRM software experience a plus.
-Excellent communication, people and phone skills.
-Strong comfort level of calling warm and cold leads via telephone to assess interest in product and services.
-Ability to overcome appointment setting objections.
-Rapidly adapt to customers changing needs and respond appropriately.
-Experience, understanding and passion for internet marketing “in a direct marketing environment
-Balanced, creative and analytical capabilities.
-Exceptional written & oral communications skills.
-Attention to detail is a must.
Additional Requirements:
Must have clean driving record
Must pass substance screening
