We Offer:
- Starting pay $12-14 per hour after training, plus client retention bonuses
- Extra $1/hour Heavy Hitters bonus when averaging 32+ cleaning hours per week (NEW!)
- Generous, untaxed mileage reimbursement AND prepaid gas cards. Average full time employee makes $50-75/week on gas card alone, not including mileage reimbursement!
- Benefits - monthly contributions toward health insurance, tuition/books or play money start accruing immediately after training for full time employees
- Paid vacation - starts accruing after only 6 months of employment
- Quarterly merit raises of up to $.25

Requirements:
- Your own insured car and valid driver's license
- A customer service-oriented personality
- Customer service experience
- Speak fluent English
- Must be a self-starter, motivated, and enjoy hard work
- 3 professional references - do not need to be house cleaning related
- Must be able to make at least a 1+ year commitment to your clients and our company
- Current schedule openings: Full time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (optional Saturday hours available) -OR- Part time weekday mornings or afternoons (optional Saturday hours available)
