Blue Nile is seeking motivated Seasonal Customer Service Representatives to join our team. Our Diamond and Jewelry Consultants represent Blue Nile as an experienced customer service and sales professional via phone or e-mail selling our high quality diamonds and jewelry and addressing and resolving customer questions or concerns.

Essential Functions:

• Identifying customer needs, building customer relationships through care and responsiveness, presenting product recommendations and assisting customers through the purchasing process
• Answer incoming customer calls or e-mails to facilitate a sale, guide customers through calls, answer questions about products and services of particular interest to the customer, resolve and restore customer confidence

We are currently filling various shifts and they can vary somewhat based on business needs. The start dates for this position are November 16, 23 and 30 and last through January 3rd.

Hours of Operation
• Monday-Friday: 5am - 11pm
• Saturday-Sunday: 6am - 7pm

Qualifications:

• Exceptional customer service skills including empathy, ownership, follow through, a solution-oriented personality, and the desire to bring the call to resolution which supports the business and customer needs
• Excellent communication and listening skills, a strong ability to establish trust and credibility
• Strong attention to detail and great documentation skills are a must
• Dedicated team player
