We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Care Specialist to be the front line contact via email and phone to our customers. This position primarily assists lawyers with problems and/or questions about their online profiles.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in responding to email and phone inquiries from lawyers and consumers with a positive attitude and quick response time
• Troubleshooting and problem solving
• Assist in implementing department goals and makes recommendations to management to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Support Customer Care Manager in daily tasks
• Assist with data entry when needed
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in an online and/or phone customer service role
• Experience dealing with difficult customers in a professional, patient manner
• Ability to work independently but have good instincts about escalating and prioritizing
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Solid computer experience, including internet and Excel
