Manufacturer seeks experienced Customer Service Representative to receive incoming phone orders, respond to web inquiries, maintain customer database and assist with marketing programs. Should be comfortable managing a variety of tasks in a small office environment. Experience with Quickbooks and SalesForce (or other CRM) a plus.
