What We're Doing
We creating what can be thought of as a mix between an ad agency and ad network for hyper local media - built on the clever use of web and mobile technologies (our initial target is a half-billion dollar space in the US) . We are currently part way to a prototype of one of our offerings using offshore devs.

We're a group of passionate UW MBA's that a variety of functional experience.

What We Need
We need someone who is super smart and even more passionate to join us. Are you ready to take on more responsibility with a startup to own the technical side from architecture to tech lead? You need to be great at or want to become great at Rails development and you must be willing to work for a while without pay, but a real amount of equity. We need approximately 20 hours/week on average but it can be a very flexible 20 hours.
