Belltown is out of control (Seattle)

What is the problem with Seattle? Why can't they clean-up the mess in Belltown? Is it going to take serious injury to various peoples for the 'city' to act. Belltown is in bad shape. Crime, drug dealing, prostitution, loitering, vandalism, open-air drinking is everywhere. Recently all of this has become more violent. These acts are public and blatant 24 hours a day. Attached is just a sample of alley activity that goes on between Bell & Blanchard 24 hours a day. Business owners, employees and residents have to witness this type of activity endlessly. We have asked the 'city' for help over and over again. What we get is what I call the bandaid approach. Push it around the block then push it around that block until it comes back to the original block. My goal is to post pictures and video of all this kind of activity in the hope that the 'city' might clean-up this mess in Belltown.
