There are many great ways you can support the Northwest Sound and our
efforts to grow musically and financially.
First,
Make a tax deductible contribution to the "Friends of the Northwest
Sound". We are a tax deductible, non profit organization.
As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, all donations are tax deductible
as allowed by law.
Individual Giving
Financial support from individuals is the cornerstone of our success. It
gives us the opportunity to sing newly-commissioned music and
beautifully-arranged classics. It also allows us to perform at community
and benefit events, to participate in District and International contests,
and to support the needs of our members.
The following levels of donation are acknowledged on a special page in all
performance programs and on our website:
Patron $250 to $499
Sponsor $100 to $249
Donor $50 to $99
Supporter $25 to $49
Friend up to $25
Corporate Giving
NW Sound offers a broad range of opportunities to corporations in exchange
for their financial support and in-kind donations. NW Sound is Washington
State's largest barbershop chorus and its most successful at District and
International competition. Our audience listens to our recommendations
and supports those companies who align themselves with our organization.
Sponsorship means attracting a wide demographic known for discerning

Planned Giving
Planned giving is a way for you to provide for yourself and your loved
ones while also yielding significant tax advantages while you are alive
and after your death for your chosen beneficiaries. By giving thoughtful
consideration to this matter now, you can be assured that gifts from your
estate will reflect your values and desires. For more information about

Matching Gift Programs
Under a corporate matching gift program, cash gifts, or gifts of volunteer
time from a company's eligible employees, are matched with company or
corporate foundation funds. Matching gifts are a great way to increase the
power of your donation and provide even greater support. It's easy:
1. Contact the personnel office at your company to check your companys
Matching Gift policy.
2. If they provide a Matching Gift form, fill it out.
3. Mail the completed Matching Gift form to us along with your donation.
