DESCRIPTION:

We are currently in need of an experienced Production Manager to build and manage a team of 10-20 successful Loan Officers. Our Production Managers emulate the principles and ideologies of our company and instill the corporate mindset in their teams of Loan Officers. We need an operational leader that has a strong background in sales recruiting, training and development, as well as Sales Management. This position requires a leader that can recruit strong, ethical Loan Officers, educate the staff to understand and adopt Premier principles, protocols, and philosophies, and most importantly, then demands nothing but the best from their team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Some intangible requirements for our prime candidate are unprecedented morals and ethics, a proven record of excellent leadership, and a clear vision and commitment. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years experience working as a successful Loan Officer and a minimum of 5 years of building and leading a team as a successful Production and Sales Manager. You must have an intrinsic understanding of all mortgage concepts and sales skills and be a compelling leader. You must have experience in training, motivating, hiring, and firing employees.
