Judson Park Continuing Care Retirement Community is looking for a strong leader and team player to direct the sales and marketing program at an active continuing care retirement community in Des Moines, Washington. The Director of Sales and Marketing will disseminate information to the public regarding the community, find and follow up on leads, interview potential residents, sell vacant apartments and be responsible for all related reporting. The Director is also responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and supervising the sales and marketing department staff.
Position requires five years of related experience. A Bachelors degree in marketing, social services, business or related field is desired and may be substituted for three years experience. (Full time)
