SUMMARY
Screenlife is seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Project Manager for their product development department. This key role will facilitate the project teams through the Scrum process of release planning, sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, product demonstrations and retrospectives. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely regarding deadlines, project plans and status is essential.
JOB SUMMARY
Coordinate and facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, release planning, and sprint retrospectives for 3-4 cross-functional Scrum teams
Develop detailed schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conduct project meetings and ensure adherence to quality standards
Conduct project meetings and be responsible for project tracking and analysis. Review project deliverables and ensure adherence to quality standards
Identify and coordinate dependencies with external teams
Provide visibility to team status and issues to senior management
Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity and innovation
Promote continuous improvement and help teams increase productivity and foster innovation
Mentor team members on agile software development principles and practices
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of project management experience delivering software/content development projects as a Producer / Project Manager
3+ years experience as a Certified Scrum Master or Scrum Practitioner
Must have a solid background utilizing an "Agile" engineering approach to SW development. Examples of Agile SW development methods includes the following: SCRUM, Test To Design (TTD), Rapid Prototyping (Iterative) and Incremental approach to SW development

Self-motivated as well as creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems
Strong presentation skills
Able to deal with multiple projects and deadlines
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail
Experience with offshore teams desired
Strong understanding of both Agile and Traditional project management fundamentals and best practices
Experience working in a "test-driven" manner (e.g. writing a document for a client where the client specifies acceptance criteria)
Able to identify "best practices" for institutionalization within an Agile Software Development environment(primarily operations and maintenance work)
Broad technical knowledge spanning applications, infrastructure, methodologies, and tools
Detailed experience in working with business partners, technology teams and customers in defining requirements and managing deliveries
Facilitative, objective and team-oriented
Contract negotiation and vendor management experience is a plus
Experience with risk management and associated risk models is a plus
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be willing to embrace change
