Duties include competitive bid & negotiated estimating, conceptual estimating, analysis of sub bids, interaction w/Owners, Architects & Subcontractors. Candidates MUST: have excellent communication skills, be organized & efficient, have good computer skills, have proposal writing experience, and be self-motivated.
