Small manufacturing company looking for someone to assist in the transition from our current CRM (Salesforce) and Accounting (Peachtree) platforms to the all inclusive NetSuite platform. Although this is a temporary position, the potential for full-time employment exists if the person excels in this role and displays exemplary business administration capabilities.
Job Tasks:
• Migrate data from current platforms to NetSuite
• Customize fields/data mapping where necessary
• Data entry when items are unable to be migrated easily/more efficiently
• Upload part numbers and bill of materials entries in NetSuite’s inventory management platform
• Set up Manufacturing ERP system in NetSuite
• General office administration tasks as needed
Experience with Salesforce, Peachtree and/or NetSuite platforms is desirable. Experience with other similar CRM, Accounting and ERP systems will be considered.
Must be a self-starter.
Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
Must have bachelor's degree or 3 years minimum office experience in lieu of.
