Investment Banking Analyst or Associate
Our highly reputable Downtown Seattle client is looking for an M&A Analyst and M&A Associate. The company is a boutique investment bank with a proven track record of sellside transactions. A typical transactions teams consists of an Analyst, Associate, VP and Managing Director. The Analyst and Associate will be responsible for the financial analysis and valuation as well as creating various marketing materials. The Associate will have direct client facing engagements.
Compensation is commensurate with other Investment Banking Analyst and Associate positions.
Requirements:
Candidate must have 1+ years of experience in Investment Banking or M&A advisory. Entry level candidates need not apply. Must be highly proficient in financial modeling for company valuation, merger modeling, capitalization tables and equity or debt financing. Experience in creating pitch books, offering memorandums or prospectus highly desired. Candidate must be hardworking and willing to work regular overtime. Sharp, ambitious and pro-active candidates only. Prefer local Seattle candidates, but willing to consider other candidates. Out-of-State candidates must establish a good reason to relocate to Seattle aside from the job opportunity.
