CFS, an affiliate of RSM McGladrey CPA firm is partnering with our Non-Profit client to staff a temp to hire Financial Services position. This is an amazing opportunity with expected growth to become Finance Manager.

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

JOB OVERVIEW:
This position works closely with clients who are physically and or mentally disabled, so a balance of sensitivity along with financial or ‘numbers’ skills is important.
After the initial training period, this position will manage a case load of 65-70 clients.
-Responsible for the Financial Management of clients
-Day to day account administration
-Interfacing with clients, families and other interested parties
-Compliance with guiding documents (ie: court orders)
-Attend Court Hearings
-Participate in committee meetings
-Evaluate cash-flow needs and other objectives with Accounting and Finance Director
-Prepare accounting and fee narratives
-Budgeting, asset valuation
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Knowledge of debits, credits and ability to read a ledger
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Passion for your work and professionalism
-Ability to work with disabled/handicapped clientele
